Quality & traceability

Quality isn't inspected in at the end. It's controlled from origin.

Because we control raw material sourcing and processing ourselves, quality isn't something we check for after the fact — it's built into every stage of the supply chain, from the farm gate to the container.

Our approach

Four checks, every lot

01

Origin verification

We know which farming partner and region every lot comes from — the same origin information shown on each product page.

02

Grading to specification

Raw produce is sorted and graded against defined criteria (size, color, defect tolerance) before it's approved for processing.

03

In-house quality check

Every processed lot is inspected in our own facilities before packing — not outsourced to a third party we don't control.

04

Pre-shipment sign-off

Samples and specifications are available before you commit, so what you see is what ships.

Certified & recognised by

Certification details for each mark are available on request through our trade desk.

Traceability

Ask where a product came from. We'll tell you.

Every product page in our catalogue lists origin country and region, grades available and varieties on offer — the same information our trade desk works from when preparing a quote. If you need certificates of analysis, phytosanitary documentation or origin certificates for a specific shipment, our trade desk can provide them as part of the RFQ process.
