We buy at origin, process in-house, and ship direct — which means we can show a buyer exactly where a lot comes from, how it was graded, and how it moves. Here is the full journey.
Origin & procurement
We buy directly from a network of 100+ farming partners across 10 sourcing countries — no commission agents, no broker chains between us and the grower. That direct relationship is what lets us guarantee origin pricing and pass full traceability back to the buyer.

Processing, grading & quality
Raw produce moves into our own processing facilities, where it's cleaned, sorted and graded against clearly defined specifications — the same grades you'll see on every product page. Every lot goes through a quality check before it's approved for packing.
Packaging, logistics & delivery
Products are packed to your specification — standard export bags or private-label retail packaging — and shipped as container loads (20-ft or 40-ft) with full export documentation, from our offices in India, Dubai and West Africa to any destination port.
