What is the minimum order quantity?
Domestic orders start at 200 kg per product. Export orders start at one 20-ft container; most buyers order 20-ft or 40-ft container loads.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Tell us the product and grade on the RFQ form and our trade desk will arrange samples and specifications before you commit to an order.
Do you offer private label or white label packaging?
Most products in our catalogue are available with private-label packing — your branding on our processing and packing lines. Mention it on the RFQ form and we'll scope it as part of your quote.
What if the product I need isn't in your catalogue?
Submit it as a Source to Specification request on the form above (select "Not in catalogue" for that item) — we'll assess sourcing it through our existing network of 100+ farming partners across 10 countries.
How quickly do you respond to an RFQ?
