Dried Mulberries
White, black, Turkish and Chinese dried mulberries, Grade A or B.
White mulberries are naturally sweet with almost no tartness and are the variety most snack and trail mix buyers ask for; black mulberries run darker and more intensely flavored, closer to a blackberry in profile, and are sold more to bakery and preserve buyers. Turkish and Chinese origin lines both supply white mulberries but differ slightly in size and sweetness.
Grade A is sorted for size and low stem/leaf content; Grade B suits blended or processed applications.
Grades available
- Grade A
- This is the highest quality grade of dry mulberries, with a uniform size, shape, and color. They are also free from defects and have a sweet taste.
- Grade B
- This grade of dried mulberries may have some minor defects such as discoloration or uneven sizes, but they are still suitable for use in baking and cooking.

- White mulberries
- These are mulberries that are dried with their white color intact. They have a mild, sweet flavor and a chewy texture.
- Black mulberriess
- These are mulberries that are dried with their dark color intact. They have a rich, sweet flavor and a slightly crunchy texture.
- Turkish mulberries
- These are mulberries that are grown in Turkey and are known for their large size, sweetness, and delicate texture.
- Chinese mulberries
- These are mulberries that are grown in China and are known for their smaller size and tangy, slightly tart flavor.
