Nutmeg
Whole and ground nutmeg, plus mace, across Banda, Kerala and Bombay origins.
Nutmeg and mace come from the same fruit — nutmeg is the seed, mace is the lacy covering around it — and we sell both, since some buyers (particularly in food manufacturing) need one without the other. Banda-origin nutmeg (Indonesian) is generally considered the benchmark for oil content; Kerala and Bombay lines are Indian-grown and priced more competitively for buyers less concerned with origin prestige.
We supply whole nutmeg for buyers grinding fresh at point of use, or pre-ground for buyers who want it ready to formulate with.
