Dried Mango
Amchur, regular, organic, sweetened and spicy dried mango, Grade B and C.
Amchur (dried unripe mango, ground or in pieces) is a distinct product from ripe dried mango slices — it's a souring agent used across South Asian cooking, not a snack fruit, and we stock it separately from our sweet dried mango line. Regular and organic dried mango cover conventional snacking demand; sweetened and spicy formats are finished retail products for buyers who don't want to add their own coating.
