Fennel Seeds
Sweet, bitter, organic, green and yellow fennel seeds, Grade A or B.
Sweet fennel is the variety most buyers mean by default — used across bakery, spice blends and as a digestive aid in South Asian food service. Bitter fennel is a distinct, more medicinal-tasting variety bought mainly by pharmaceutical and nutraceutical buyers rather than food manufacturers. Green fennel is harvested earlier and more aromatic; yellow is fully matured and the standard commercial color.
We carry an organic-certified line. Confirm which variety you need on the RFQ — sweet and bitter fennel are graded and priced separately and aren't interchangeable in most recipes.
